The sales manager Dimitri was quite professional and easy to work with. Let me take the car to my mechanic to have it checked out. Some of the finance offers were very unreasonable, but he ended up getting me a loan with Chase which I have recently used and the rate was good. He took extra time to get the right loan for me. Low mileage 2006 Volvo S60 was purchased. Some minor defects, but to be expected for a used velicle. Put in a few hundred in to bring it up to my standards. Have been driving it now for 4 months and it is a great vehicle. The only complaint I have is those round stickers that they put on the windshield. They leave a residue that will not come off, but only shows when the windshield is wet. I would shop at this dealership again and I recommend it to anyone. They have a nice selection of newer used cars.

We drove quite a long way to purchase a Denali XL, which the price, and mileage was great. The Customer Service was great and super friendly. Oscar and the team was extremely nice but since we were there longer than expected I suggest they should have snacks. Other than that experience was wonderful. Thus far my son LOVES his huge truck

I went to Quality Pre-Owned Vehicles looking for certain car I had found online. The salesman was very relaxed and not pushy at all and had excellent service skills with outstanding knowledge of the cars. The car I wanted was already sold, but the salesman showed similar cars and I ended getting a much nicer car than the one I had originally picked out for a much lower price!!!
